After 10 years as a business journalist, I relocated from Houston to Palo Alto to attend graduate school at Stanford University where I fell in love with geopolitics and innovation. I then covered the military and general assignments for a newspaper in San Diego before returning to Austin where I worked for a private geopolitical intelligence and analysis firm. I now work with clients and publications to communicate their vision and mission. I also work with individuals and companies seeking clarity in a complicated world through personalized intelligence briefings, custom reports, book summaries and other special projects.
